Cures

Cancer has touched the lives of so many people. Everybody knows
somebody who has suffered at the hands of cancer including myself, and some of my relatives have
survived and some have not.
Each year 10.9 million people worldwide are diagnosed with cancer and
there are 6.7 million deaths from the disease according to Cancer Research UK
stats.
There are so many theories on cancer but the main causes
are:
1. Dangerous chemicals, 2. Heredity, 3.
Lifestyle
Let’s take a
look..
1. Dangerous Chemicals
It is clear that nobody will intentionally or knowingly take any
dangerous infectious chemicals, touch them, or injest them without knowing. In addition to
infectious chemicals there are also infectious viruses which play a role in the onset of cancer
around the body. These viruses are much more dangerous in developing countries.
2. Heredity
The genetics of the body plays a role in the potential to get
cancer. If your parents had an instance or a particular weakness in their genes, it may be
passed on and the likelihood of getting the same cancer is higher.
3. Lifestyle
Finally, but most importantly, is lifestyle causes and lifestyle
disease. This is important because it governs the daily state of the body. If you control
bodyweight, diet, and physical activity, as well as tobacco intake, and avoid too much
sunlight, then you have basically covered over 50% of the risk of cancer
immediately.
Living a healthy daily lifestyle including smart
exercise, and healthy food intake leads to a stronger immune system which defends the body
strongly. The truth is that people who live such a healthy lifestyle have much less chance of
developing even genetically latent problems because such heredity problems only arise when the body
is in a weakened state when the person actually lives an unhealthy lifestyle.
So by this reasoning, we can beat our poorer genes by proactively living healthy.
We can also beat viruses because they, like hereditary problems prey
on a weak immune system. The cultivation of a powerful immune system is the key to health and
independence from disease. A truely healthy lifestyle can more than inhibit lifestyle related
cancers. It can also help to fight off other infectious agents, and prepare the body for problems
that arrise.
The Man Who Found The Cause For Cancer
Was..
Dr Otto Warburg, twice Nobel Laureate, was awarded the Nobel Prize in
1931 for discovering the cause of cancer. He said: “Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless
secondary causes, but there is only one prime cause.
Summary: the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the normal oxygen respiration of the body
cells by an anaerobic (i.e. lacking in Oxygen) cell respiration.”
In other words, the growth of cancer cells is initiated by a relative lack of
Oxygen.
What Does This Actually Mean And How Can I Prevent And Even
Reverse This Problem?
Not anybody can read between the lines here of Dr. Otto’s findings.
The above information is more profound than it may appear. The fact is that it points directly to
the state of health of the body as being the most vital factor in the development of cancer. A
body’s health depends on the energy level, metabolism, and the ability of the heart to pump oxygen,
and fuel around to every working part.
The lower the efficiency of these body processes, the greater chance there is of cancer
developing. The lack of oxygen which the nobel
winner refers to is certainly a major problem to be tackled. It is hard to grasp exactly what he
means from first glance, but this is the secret to preventing, and even reversing cancers. The lack
of oxygen which he talks about comes from a few sources.
The following are the core causes:
1. Low or weak lung capacity, where the potential of the
lungs to take in and exchange oxygen for carbon dioxide is diminished. Then the body will be
forced into anaerobic (without oxygen) activity in times of lack.
2. Low Metabolism. A lack of oxygen causes metabolism to slow, as
many metabolic processes rely on oxygen.
3. Weak Small Heart. A heart that is weak is not able to pump
oxygen and blood around the body in an efficient way, and this is a major problem in times of
stress when extra pumping is needed.
The lack of oxygen slows down all body processes. It deflates the
immune system because as it decreases metabolism, amd the ability of the body to produce antibodies
and defences decreases.
Potential Cures
In effect, any solution which can increase the available oxygen in
the body and increase lung capacity can also improve the body’s defences against cancer. This is
probably one of the smartest ways to prevent cancer, and can be done naturally without machines or
pills.
Such a program or solution should do a few
things:
1. Increase Lung Capacity
2. Increase Heart Capacity, and lead to slower heart
rate
3. Increase Metabolism
Such a System would have the potential to change the whole body
dynamic, starting with the lung capacity, and in parallel the heart capacity. The heart develops
the ability to slow its rate of pumping, and grow so it develops a slower rhythm, and the increased
oxygen intake travels around in the blood stream to all the moving working parts of the
body.
To increase metabolism, it would be necessary to increase muscle to
fat ratio. By doing this the BMR, or Basal Metabolic Rate sould be increased because muscle
requires more calories to maintain.
Now that we know the blueprint for success, and perhaps a blueprint
for curing cancer itself, let me get a little ubsurd!
Is there a pill to achieve the 3 things above? Ha
ha..
Let’s not answer that!
