I added a page on Cancer on the 27th March from a member and to back the theory up I have another for you here.

It's great to see how many clever members we have in our little (and growing) community. Basically it reminds us that we, in our caveman (ooops, and cavewomen) days, ate the foods that our bodies were designed to eat.....it says.

Not being there at the time, I need to simply take a view based on the evidence and it does look strong.

I thought I might send out a wee survey with some questions to see if I could better serve my members.......then I decided not to. Instead I'm going to buy a product that will add a 'Comments' feature to any pages I wish to add it to and ask you to ...... well......comment.

Right now, I'm the only one saying anything. Thankfully, some members do contact me for whatever reasons and I feel a nice little rapport begins to develop. I really need to know what you'd like to read/see/know about instead of just me ranting on about what I think you would like to read/see/know about.

I'm attaching a link to a video about a Cougar and a little Bear and ask if anyone can tell me just how it was possible to make. I can only make a guess and hopefully, some of you guys can tell me the technicalities.

One member does some beautiful artwork and as soon as she sends me some images, I'll put up a page to show you some absolute beauty in greeting cards, jewelry, art prints and photos......here's a taste in a collage.

Here's something sent in this week that I labelled (or labeled) Take this and keep quiet. Apparently our parents are given this when they arrive in  the  'Care Home' that we send them too. Care homes can be the subject of one of my first 'Comments' questions methinks.

Many of you may know the eternal answer of why women need shopping catalogues and this video was sent in to me to explain why. Watch it through to the end.

Arrogance and rudeness are training wheels on the bicycle of life -- for weak people who cannot keep their balance without them.
