Hello (see Tonya, I
remembered)
I mention a week or so ago that I'll be
buying some software that will enable you to leave comments on a page much like can be done on a Wordpress
blog. Well, I bought it
and installed it so from now on you can't hide in cyberspace, you'll be out in the open so please join in so
our community can benefit from each other's views.
If you think about it, you can comment on
an Amazon page and in all social media sites so why not in our little club? I had planned to add it to today's newsletter but
something went wrong with the installation and I need to wait for their techies to investigate why. I'll have it
ready to show you next week.
Is the glass half full or half empty in your life? Are you lacking in
confidence? Are you on the point of giving up on something because you just don't think you've got what
it takes to go through with it or are you worried about starting something but are having serious reservations?
Confidence and Belief: Which glass are you holding? I could have written a lot
more about how you MUST have belief in yourself and your abilities regardless of what others might have told
you or even that little person inside your head who keeps telling you.....you can't do it......but I
found a video that tells it a lot better than I ever could. Click here to go see it on
another page.
I've had it ready for some time now but I keep forgetting to tell you. It a page
on blood pressure with a chart to help you understand better. It also has a guide to a resource (mine) where you
can buy one. If you do buy one, lete me know and I'll put up a nice little bonus for you. You can read how I got a
bit too close to not writing for this newsletter here. I bought one and use it daily. and take a computer print out to my GP every so often
where they add it to my records. Click on the different choices of models and you'll see that I've explained
everything.
I was sent an article and having read it I thought you might like to read it
too. It's about how our elderly citizens might be being treated when we leave them in what we assume to be safe
hands. Click here to read it.
Don't forget, you can check out back issues by clicking on the dates in the side
panel.
